Sacred Heart and St Francis Parish has a project supporting Mary’s Meals. In 2023-2024 we raised enough money to pay for the whole of Ibundya School in Karonga, Malawi (435 pupils) to get a meal each day - £8,330.25!!
In 2024-2025 we want to repeat this and fund another year, allowing the girls their to get the basic human right of education.
It actually costs only £19.15 to feed one child for one year so I am therefore asking you to donate £20.00 to the project to sponsor one child. You can pay by cash, cheque (to “Sacred Heart and St Francis Parish”) or online.

I hope you keep well.
At last I have received some feedback from Ibundya school in Malawi. We are supporting all 435 pupils so that they receive a meal every day and can continue in education. We reached our target of £8,300.00 last year and this has been sent to Mary's Meals.
I found the attached images and comments by some children to be very moving and inspiring.
